    Capacity enhanced to 48,000 tons from


  • 2006


    Introduction of forging simulation software “Deform” for analysis of material flow in the die design to detect potential forging defects and overcome it.


  • 2005


    Capacity enhanced from 30,000 tons to 40,000 tons with the addition of 1.5Ton Belt drop hammer, 4” horizontal Up-setter and 3Ton Belt Drop hammer.


  • 2002


    Qualified for and received ISO/TS-16949 -2009 certification.


  • 1998


    Established full fledge machining division for two-wheelers industry

    Received the ISO-9001 certification.


  • 1994


    Enhanced the capacity of the Press Forge Division to 9600 Tons per Annum with the installation of 4 additional Press Forging Lines


  • 1991


    Added third division “Press- Division” in addition to Drop Stamp and Up-Setter divisions with commissioning of two 1600 tons forging presses.

    Out Grew the traditional drawing board and lathes, to CAD, CAM & CNC die manufacturing.

    Commenced In-house Heat Treatment with capability to, Normalise, Isothermal- anneal and Hardening and Tempering capabilities..


  • 1986


    Augmented the capacity of up-setter division with the induction of 4” Vertical Upsetting machine Kurimoto from Japan.


  • 1984


    Commenced Supplies of Machined Axle Shafts For Commercial Vehicles.


  • 1982


    Entered the Upset Forging segment Upsetter division with commissioning of Smeral, 6” -1200 tons Up-setter capable of forging shafts with a maximum forged Dia of 250MM.

    Commenced commercial manufacturing with the vision “Quality forgings for the fast growing Automobile industry”.
