Capacity: 12000 Tons per annum.

It consists of 11 hammers, in the range 630 kg to 3 Tons.  Can manufacture forgings in the weight range 200 grams to 70 kgs, with a maximum envelope area of 340 mm.
Such as crown wheels, transmission shafts, sector shafts, spring saddles, stub axles, levers, drop arms ,    gears, rack pistons , cylinders   etc. for the automotive sector, anchor shackle, ball link, clevis eye, socket eye etc  for the non-automotive like Power Distribution and Gate Valves like Bonnets, slab gates, major/minor gates, DR plates for Oil and Gas Industries.

Such as, crosses/ diff spiders, yokes, housings, flanges, satellite/planetary gears, selector forks, hubs, operating shafts etc

Capacity: 14000 tons per annum.

Consists of 5 nos Upsetters of capacity range 3” – 6”.  We can produce forgings in the weight range 1 – 60 kgs.
Such as axle shafts, pinions, spindles, tube shafts, drive / input shafts, worm shafts, bonnets, uni-bodies, stems.
